So... it's been a minute since I've blogged. I have to say, it's good to be back! Welcome to those of you that hopped over from Tessa Gray's site! Today's questions are from Beth Carter Which type of character do you prefer writing about: Sexy, romantic, sweet, quirky, mean, old, young, smart, silly or other?I think my favorite would be quirky. I have two characters that I wrote a couple years back--stories I have yet to finish, but they are very strange gals. One of them is the epitome of sweet country bumpkin trailer trash, and I have to say, her smart mouth and fat ass are pretty amazing. When a character makes me laugh as I'm writing, I think that's my favorite. Have you ever killed off (or gotten back at) an ex in your writing? On paper, of course.Nah, not yet. But there's still time... What hobbies do you have that you incorporate in your writing? In an upcoming story (a current WIP) the heroine and her daughter collect seashells, which is something I have done my whole life. I guess you could call it a hobby--my son may think I'm obsessed with as many jars and bowls and whatnots I have full of shells.

Big fan of the quirk, too. My husband collects seashells, too. (And fossils. But mostly seashells)

I laughed out loud at the shredder. I'm not quite that messy when I do them in. I just give the a STD with no cure.
