Do you like to read romance novels? Wouldn’t you like to know more about your favorite authors? Well you came to the right place! Join the writers of Romance Weekly as we go behind the scenes of our books and tell all….. About our writing of course! Every week we’ll answer questions and after you’ve enjoyed the blog on this site we’ll direct you to another. So come back often for a thrilling ride! Today's questions are from Carolyn Spear Thanks Carolyn! 1) If someone could observe you writing without you knowing they were there, what strange practices might they catch you doing? They would probably find me glaring at blank notebook pages, or word docs, snarling at said documents, screaming at said documents... but seriously. I am easily distracted. What was I saying... Oh yeah... they would find me usually doing everything BUT writing. The strangest thing I do is talk to myself. It's easier to sort all the voices when one is really loud. 2) Other than a creative outlet, how does writing benefit you? It gives me a sense of accomplishment. Sort of a little pat on my own back for not giving up. For persevering, no matter what. It gives me that thumbs up for finishing. It also has benefited me socially. I've met so many amazing people with the same interests. It's so nice to have people to talk to that actually understand--or appreciate--what goes on in my head. 3) How do you feed your muse? I feed it as often and as much as possible. Thanks for stopping by! Hmm, seems to be a common thread of us writers muttering to ourselves while we write.

I can still remember that sense of accomplishment when I finally finished my first manuscript. It took almost a decade to do it - but I've sped up since then, because I love the feeling so much!

Hey, fellow procrastinator! At least we can hang out together. And that picture of the pizza delivery? Making me hungry...
